Park

park is located east of the Stillwater River. Deweese Park is a
great place for shore fishing and includes an archery range. Other

Eastwood
Reserve
Eastwood Reserve
is 450 acres and 237 acres of water. While shore fishing on Mad
River the minimum size a trout can be is 10 inches with a daily bag
limit of 5 fish. A permit is not required when fishing on Lagoon &
Blue Lake. Boat ramps and canoe rentals are available and power/sail
boats are permitted. Other recreational activities are also provided
such as hiking trails and cross country skiing. Eastwood Reserve is
located south of St. Rt. 4.

Englewood
Reserve
This reserve is
1,551 acres of woodland and 60 acres of water. Shore fishing and
canoe access is available. The Old National Trail Riding Center is
located here. From these trails rare Pumpkin ash, swamp forest, and
two water falls (Patty Falls and Martindale Falls) can be viewed.
Hiking and other recreational activities are available. Englewood
Reserve is located on the east side of Stillwater River and overlaps U.S.
Rt. 40.

ramps are provided. This area is located near the airport and

activities are available. Madison Lakes is located north of St. Rt.
35 and on the west side of Dayton.

provide power/sail boat access to the water. This area is 1 acre and

This park is 18
acres including 2 acres of water. Shore fishing, soccer fields, and
other recreational activities are available. Oak Creek South Park is
located south of St. Rt. 725.

acres with 20 acres of water. Canoe access, boat rentals, and other
recreational activities are available. Old River Park is located
between St. Rt. 48 and St. Rt. 741 on the south side of Dayton.
Possum
Creek Reserve
This reserve is
591 acres including 26 acres of water. Bank fishing only. The
minimum size for bass must be 10 inches. The limit of fish per day
is 6. A fishing license is not required for Argonne Lake and 3
designated ponds. Camping and other recreational activities are
available. Possum Creek Reserve is located on the east side of St.
Rt. 4 south west of Dayton.

This park is 60

Park
Sinclair Park is

available. This park is located on the west bank of Stillwater River

Sycamore
State Park
This state park
is 2,363 acres with 5.5 acres of water. While pond fishing, some of
the fish you could catch are largemouth bass, bluegill and catfish.
Hunting is permitted in designated areas. Some of the game in the
area are deer and squirrel. Camping and other recreational
activities are available. Sycamore State Park is located north of
Amity Rd. and south west of Wolf Creek Trail. 513-854-4452
Taylorsville Reserve
This reserve is
904 acres of woodland and 50 acres of water. Taylorsville Reserve
provides pond fishing and fishing in the Great Miami River. Canoes
and group camping is permitted. The reserve is located on the north
side of the county west of U.S. Route 40.
