Alum
Creek State Park
This
wildlife playground in central Ohio is a popular area for bowhunters as
firearms are seldom permitted. The park covers 5,213 acres, and
there are lotteries for seasonal blinds. Waterfowl, deer, squirrels
and rabbits are abundant. Park also encompasses 3387 acres of water
and features Ohio's largest inland beach. Boats may be of unlimited
horsepower, and fishing includes bass, bluegill, crappie and walleye.

Delaware State Park
Very near Alum Creek State Park on State Route 23, you can find another
1815 acres of hunting and fishing access, which includes 1330 acres of
water. Includes shooting and archery range. Park extends into
Marion and Morrow Counties. Call 614-369-2761

Within and around the State Park, the wildlife area encompasses 2859 acres
of hunting and fishing access, which includes 1330 acres of water.
The area extends into Marion and Morrow Counties and includes a shooting
range, archery range and dog training area. This is also one area
where the Division of Wildlife stocks pheasants for the upland season.

Hoover Reservoir
On the southeast side of the county and extending south into Franklin
County are 4807 acres, including 3843 acres of lake fishing. Boats

O'Shaughnessy Reservoir Park
